I've had this one for thirteen years - result of buying my first copy of 'The Plantfinder'. When it gets too leggy I start it off again from a cutting.

Wagger, is this plant called a shrub, or just what. I am wondering if it could make it in Connecticut? I like all the different colors and your yellow is one of the best pics.

It's on the borderline of hardiness, Wells, hardy to -5C. I keep it in a frost-free place overwinter - it loses its leaves when kept like that but if you can give it a small amount of heat it will keep its foliage and will flower all through the winter and for most of the rest of the year too.
