Vinca minor 'Atropurpurea' - 2016 (Vinca minor)

I find the best way to keep these under control is to reduce them to one or two crowns in early spring, removing all last year's growth (including rooted stems)

They do run away with themselves mine have bloomed most of the winter I made use of the evergreen trailing habit by planting several in tubs & pots last year only to find this spring they've re-rooted under the pots into the surrounding areas under slabs anywhere they can really ,its the next ' to do ' job to sort it out ...

Such useful plants to have around, as long as you do as Andrew advises......
