We started with a feeder like this Sandra ...more arrived got another ..more arrived got another ...seem to enjoy sunflower hearts so if happy with them wouldnt worry too much about niger seeds.

They are so messy with it and costs a small fortune to fill 3 feeders with it .lol

thanx ray/jane ive got to stock up 2moz its all gone,, so first thing on my list :o) hope they come back, maybe i should leave a note "breakfast on the way" lol

They are the prettiest little finches as Janey says so funny to hear them chattering and squabbling together ...perhaps when a few more arrive - believe me word soon gets round - you ll hear it for yourself.

funny you should say that, ive been on a bird site where you can look at pics and hear their songs and chatttering, joe my son came down and said,"can you hear the birds outside, they are going mad singing" me and baz started laughing :o)

Bless him .. lol Reminds me of my son who seemed allergic to anything that couldnt be plugged in or had batteries ..once tried to encourage him to climb a tree he looked at me blankly as I shinned up it and hung by my legs from a branch just as 2 elderly ladies were passing .

They tutted and one said any wonder kids today like they are when they got daft fathers like that !

lol,, no sence of fun some people,, yes our kids think we were born older, forget we do like fun, being a kid again :o)

your welcome kimmy, i have a cat but she doesnt bother as you may of seen in one of my pics with the pigeons, she watches but just cant be bothered kimmy lol, i love birds as you can see lol
