Clematis

Our Clematis is still growing with no flower. Do we need to do anything like cut off stems etc?

It just feels like it's not gonna flower!! Or am I just being impatient??

It might be one of the late summer flowering ones,Ob,or maybe if it needs a good feed and lots of water...other than that,I don't know why ,sorry.

Well that's a help anyway Bloomer so I'll just keep an eye. It seems to be grwoing up the trellis but just really want it to flower.....time will tell. Thanks anyway

Is it a newish plant Linclass? One of mine didn`t flower much the first year (one single bloom!) but this year its covered with flowers.

Deep Purple - lovely!!

The poor thing is choked by a rose, I thought I`d lost it a few years back so planted a climber up the trellis, then lo and behold it came back again ,I really don`t know how it manages to survive at all........
