I can't even begin to remember the names off them all some are so much alike plus I keep splitting them up and can't remember where I put them , I started labeling but they get lost eventually ,I give up !

I am exactly the same Amy. I try, but the labels get lost and as you say, some of them are almost identical and what's more they change so much during the season that it's impossible to tell sometimes!

They do change, the only one I can remember is ummmmmmmmmm!!! Marmalade I knew it was something to eat lol

:) where is your destination Amy? Or is it a tour? Scotland is bigger than most people think, especially when you're in theWestHighlands where the roads are...well...meandering!

Orange cake sounds lovely, I do believe I have a Mary Berry recipe for one, have never made it, so might be a good one to try in June?

Yes, i hesitated to mention the dreaded Midges! Perhaps next time you will enjoy some of the fishing villages and beautiful beaches of the East Coast, where the midges are just the same as in Englandshire! ;)
