The Honeybee looks a bit caked up with pollen Paul.

Yep, they gather it into their 'saddle bags' and take it back to the hive to feed their brew.

Is there a hive near you then Paul. I used to keep two hives when we had the smallholding.

Yes, my neighbor has a giant hive hanging off his roof. They are always buzzing about in my garden & could explain my bumper crop of tomatoes & peppers.
