Chickadee shows to eat in the sun

All winter a feeder visitor, I did get a glimpse of a red-bellied nuthatch that was sighted here, futher north than it has ever gone, but alas, the fiesty chickadee ran it off before I could catch a pic

These guys are very cheeky. :-) I'm large enough to scare them or they probably wouldn't let me refill the feeder.

Hard to believe something so little can be so tough...lol. They are so much fun to watch, just bursting with energy !

Very fiesty. And they stayed all winter. I put up feeders originally for Bianca to have birds to watch. I love having them around.
