rhus care advice

i planted my rhus a week ago and the leaves are turning yellow and some are wilting, should i water it and how often, i planted it and put alot of compost in the ground and watered it once adding miracle grow to the water, i live in scotland.

Ive grown these & propagated some from their suckers it will need regular watering until it gets established Id suggest a little bone meal around the soil this Autumn.

Welcome to GoY! From one Scot to another - my advice would be -
If you only planted it a week ago - then just give it time to recover from its move and please don't feed it again! It needs time to put down its roots and find its own food. Luckily M Grow isn't too powerful - but just give it plain water in future. They are tough cookies and it may not look too happy for a bit - but once it gets going I'm sure it will thrive - just give it time.
