Actinidia dried up leaves
By Maurice

The leaves are very crumbly and brown. I have seen the answers about cats (which we suffer from badly) and lack of water but this seems that it might be a disease of some sort. Are Actinidia subject to many diseases?

No, they're not - cats are the biggest threat because they can damage the stems and possibly kill the plant.
Actinidia prefers rich loam, hates badly drained and chalky soils, likes a sunny or partially shaded site.
You don't say how long your plant has been in situ - how and where its planted might be a factor.
