Blue Flower

Ref. the 'Trike Ride' blog by Gee19.
Gee shows a blue flower with a lantern like seed head. Does anyone know what the flower is? We aquired a seedhead today and Mrs Moonbulb thinks it may be an Abutilon. It was growing in a tub along with beding plants so might be an annual.

Hi Bulbaholic, yes just had a look in on that blog you reference and the plant in question is Nicandra (the Shoo-fly plant) and it is indeed an annual.
