How do I train the sweet peas?
I recently bought a 'basket' of sweet peas ~ mainly so that I could move them round to catch the sun in my rather shady garden.
The twigs are only 4 foot tall ~ how do I keep the sweet peas within that height please? Do I need to pinch them out a little, and if so at what point do you need to start doing that?

I had one of these for sweet peas and it looked really good for 3 seasons.
I thing I learnt, was only to move it around by the base as the twigs break and thats even with putting it empty in the garage to overwinter each year.

A coat of Yacht Varnish would strengthen it.
