Hi I have a Easter cacti which has just flowered 1st time in 8yrs approx, 2 lovely large white flowers with a light scent, the flower lasted 3.5 days, but what do you do with the cacti after flowering or does it die back naturally?

They are fantastic - you must be thrilled to bits with them!I've not seen this variety called an Easter cactus before. You don't need to do anything, just let the flowers wither. they may form seed pods, in which case you can remove them or leave them to ripen and try growing some from seed. (NB, one cactus, two cacti!)
