Hi I have a climbing rose planted out just this year and it leaves are going a red/brown colour could you please tell me why this is happening and what I can do to prevent this damaging the plant

They are turning red-brown and dry they haven't got any powdery residue underside of the leaf.

The first thing that I would suspect is that it is not getting enough water. Sodium damage is also possible in some parts of the world--about where is this bush growing?

Are the edges and tips of the leaves turning a dry red-brown, or is it a powdery red-brown deposit on the underside of the leaf?
