Possibly - you haven't said what condition it's in. If its lost all its leaves at the crown, then wait till end of April and see if it shoots again, if it doesn't, you can try cutting the stem down by half to see if that forces growth from the base or up the stem. If the stem is rotten and soggy, it's probably an ex cordyline.
