I have 25 new daffodil bulbs. Is it too late to plant them?

If the ground isn't yet frozen, go ahead and plant them. They should be fine and bloom for you in Spring. Apply about 3 inches of mulch over them after planting. Adds a little more protection. Some fallen autumn leaves will do just fine.

We often buy up Daffodil bulbs when they are selling them off at reduced prices at the end of the season. Have been known to even plant them in January. They have almost all grown well.

Well if you don't plant them they will die anyway. They should grow unless they have dried out but will probably flower rather late.
