Much too early to think of piching the tips out but you need to put them outside in a sheltered, light spot in the daytime. They are becoming 'leggy' and drawn to the light on your window sill. Perhaps plant them deeper when you pot them on.

I agree they need to be slowed down, outside on a warmish day and then back in at night. Unless you have a cold frame and that would be ideal.
