Could someone identify this shrub please..I do know it isn't Trachelospermum variegated but maybe one of the Weigelas..very pretty variegated and speckled leaves,white flowers..
Semi evergreen.

I too thought, like Karen that it's Photinia davidiana ‘Palette’ and perhaps there are male and female forms which could mean that it isn't self-fertile so no berries.

It looks similar to the one I just posted Julia. Are the leaves small? An inch and a half or so?

the bud formation doesn't like right for either of your suggestions. When the flowers open could you post another photo please.
