Hi i have Scotch Bonnet and Jalapeno pepper plants that i have left to ripen in a small greenhouse.Could anybody tell me the best way to store/preserve.

Or dried. The best way for this is to thread them on knotted cotton so they don't clump together and hang them in a warmish place to dry. No good fresh of course but fine for cooking and if you give them a whiz in the blender they make great powder.

The best way for these is frozen, though they can also be pickled.
