I have planted a hedge of laurels (can't remember the full name but the one with glossy green leaves) and one plant in the middle of the row of 15 has yellow leaves - it's still growing, in fact it's one of the tallest, they were all planted at the same time in the same way so I have no idea why this particular one appears to be failing - has anyone got any ideas?

I would lift it out, if it is dry then add some compost and feed. If wet then add some composting grit and sand to improve drainage, again I would add some feed.
