I am not familiar with 'Crocata', but I have two Calathea in my living room and they are very easy to grow and very rewarding. Their leaves are quick to turn and face towards the light source, and will rotate themselves 180 degrees in 24 hours. I have found them robust and resiliant, and certainly not needing much attentive care. Just keeping reasonably moist.

Needs minimum temperature of 55 degrees F in winter, so tender. Also requires indirect light, but lots of it, plus high temperatures and high humidity. Misting, gravel tray with water underneath. Good luck with that!
