Chamaecyparis obtusa 'Kamarachiba'

Chamaecyparis obtusa 'Kamarachiba' is bright yellow with rather lace-like foliage that develops a distinctive orange cast in winter. Low mounding growth slowly builds up in layers, looks good in containers or as rock garden specimen. Height 90cm x Spread 120cm (3ft x 4ft) in 10 years. Prefers a sheltered site, open to the rain but with a free draining soil.
