A chap opposite me in the cottage had a very large one which is still growing but it blew down, he is going to dig it up and get another shrub, I would of staked it like I suggested to him.

Half of it is in flower and the other half dead, and it is about 14ft high now lying on its side, If I had the room for it I would take it.

i hate to see plants thrown out as well....... my big Hibiscus plant was given to me by a friend we done a swap..... but he got it from someone who was going to throw it out... he put it into a pot.... he was doing the persons garden, so they said he could have it.. its lovely now......

It s nice to swap plants too, it amazes me how many people throw away plants, when there is always some one who would love to give them a home, should set up a site home swop plants lol.
