We planted a sweet potato that we bought in the supermarket (to eat). It got a new shoot after a while. We wonder what we will get eventually. I'll keep you posted ;-).

Interesting? ...
We love sweet potatoes, I do especially. Baked in the oven, in soup and even as chips.
So I wonder if there will be a few underneath the soil, and if they will taste better than the ones from the shop. They will at least be a lot fresher in any case.
'To be continued'....
