Aconitum "Sparks Variety"

very nice Meanie, i've sown some very late ones 'carmichaelii' dark form..

Thanks - no sign of buds on my A.carmichaelii at all yet......

they are a late form though i thought from september time onwards isn't it?

I was still expecting some sign by now - it didn't bloom last year either.

that's odd, is it a young plant?

It's a good sized plant in its second season with me.......

should flower then, they are not to fussy where they grow, my dad used to grow these, he had some in shade and some in sun . fingers crossed then..
