It was early in the day and he seemed lethargic after a coolish night. Amazing creatures...I love to watch them. They are very busy with the Autumn Asters...to walk in the field is a feast for the ears as well as the eyes....just a-buzzin' lol....

He sort of was...lol. He waved his leg at me as if to warn me off....He had just survived a ride in the trunk of the car all the way from the nursery in Renfrew (60kms)...He was probably a bit disoriented and when I sat the pots in the sun, he must have thought he was safe...Only to have this strange creature prodding like a paparazzi!
