Star Jasmine is mass-planted everywhere from parking lots to commercial complexes. It smell to sweetly fragrant you want to eat the flowers. Photo taken in San Diego, CA. on Memorial Day - May 28, 2012.

Yes, it's mass-planted all over San Diego. I have some in the front yard which are in full bloom, also. They smell so sweet and good! To think, I was going to remove it all (so glad I didn't!)
