Hawthorn blossom..

What a wonderful sight, its such a shame they dont last longer, my Rhodie in the front garden is turning brown now and falling!

It's been lovely to look out on,Carole..shame your Rhodi flowers are dropping now,but I'm sure you will have lots of colour to take its place :o)

Very nice Sandra ,the blossoms have been fantastic this year the cherry pink has been blowing around like confetti sticking to everything in its way ...

Thanks Shirley,Amy and Neellan..it's looking even browner today,and it's not a suntan ! Heavy rain ,then sunshine..all day..I can almost see the plants growing :o)

Another one at the other end of this area,has just fully opened up..strange how they are a couple of weeks apart..maybe as this is more sheltered,from the elements? who knows..!

The Hawthorn blossom has been fantastic this year and walking by the fields has smelled very sweet. Lots of fruit in the Autumn, for the birds, to come then.
