Hi Waddy, the Mallards looked magnificent and glowing colour in the sunshine.
They certainly all looked very good Paul and were paired up ready to breed.

my friend has these nesting in her front yard... (not at present as all is wintery and cold) but I had to go and look at my pics from last spring/summer. They are such beautiful creatures and enjoyed the cracked corn that my neighbour feeds them.
Our winter has been very mild and it's strange to say it, but, it's so close to spring that it seems we've not really had a winter. (On Christmas day it was 15 degrees C.!) It's so great to see all the geese and ducks returning.

Our winter has been the same here Lori, hot and cold. It's minus 3 today.
