I'm hoping the Pelargoniums will continue for a while yet, before I pot them up over winter....

Thanks ladies..It is quite sheltered in the back garden, and drains well on the gravel..It also gets sun all day till early evening..maybe that's the reason they seem to last so long..Whatever the reason,it's working :o)

Thank you Linda..The pot at the far left, with Bizzie Lizzies, succumbed to the cold night we had on Sunday,so they are now in the compost bin..they were so nice when I took the photo on Saturday !

How lovely it looks Sandra, one of my bedding type pelargoniums survived outside last winter and most of my regal and scented leaf varieties did too:-)

Thank you Sheila..yes they do.I keep them on spare Growhouse shelving,in the Conservatory..which needs to be brought down from the loft anytime now..Some are two years old,so I just keep this years new ones I might take a few cuttings from some of them....

Thank you Ba..How lucky you were to manage to keep them..I think I could have left mine out too,in the mild winter we had..I wonder what this year will bring? I'm not as brave as you,or as optimistic ! :o) x

They look very well worth keeping, Sandra. With any luck I might be able to emulate you next year as my greenhouse is now full of Pelargonium cuttings, thanks to a recent lesson from an expert!

They make such a pretty display and look so fresh and colourful still. It will be a shame when they have to be moved.
