Thanks. I am pruning this to keep the crown higer and prevent it getting too shrubby. I cut out crossing, outgrown and unshapely stems in the spring. It flowers on old wood, so I don’t cut the length of the stems..just thin them. I will start trimming the top, but it will be done after flowering.
