The Swallows are back!!!

Yes, I heard the house martins a few days before I saw them early this week, Linda. A few swallows were over the fields near us. Despite the disastrous year last year we do seem to have a few back already!

Can't wait to see them and the swifts whizzing down the garden..:))

It is so good to see them again - just hope they are glad to be back! It needs to warm up!

How lovely that you get House Martins, Ange. We sometimes get them around here. Lovely little birds and so fast flying around. I've noticed the ants are about now and there are a lot of midges too, so Swallow fodder.
Lovely aren't they Janey. If you have high eaves on your property you can buy the ready-made nests for them.
Yes Wildrose, but not too hot. Spain has high temperatures already.
