Greensage is the exciting result of new hybridisation to create an even sweeter exhibit quality garden-worthy Pea. Pods over 20cm (8in) long with 8-11 peas are produced over a long period on semi-leafless upright plants.

Sow March to June. Sow March to June every 10 days for succession. Sow 5cm (2in) deep in flat-bottomed drills spacing about 2.5-5cm (1-2in) apart and in rows 75cm (30in) apart.

When plants are 10cm (4in) tall provide twiggy sticks for support. Height 75cm (30in).

The peas will be ready to harvest around 12-13 weeks from sowing date and regular picking will encourage further cropping. Plants are self supporting when sown in blocks. Prefers well drained moist rich conditions.
