HRH Prince of Wales created Duchy Originals in 1990 due to his belief in the clear advantage of organic farming; the production of natural and healthy foods and sound agriculture which helps to regenerate and protect countryside and wildlife.
Combine these Carrot Jeanette with fresh coriander - it makes a tasty and healthy soup. These carrots have good colour and great taste making them ideal for salads - they also have vigorous foliage making them easier for pulling.

Sow from March to July at monthly intervals for continuous crops in a well-prepared sunny spot. Sow thinly 13mm deep in broad drills 30cm apart. When growing thinning is not necessary for 'bunching carrots'. For larger roots thin to 2.5cm apart and keep well watered. Harvest from June to October as required - later sowings for maturing in the Autumn can be lifted and stored in trays of dry sand or compost in your shed or garage.
