Spinach is literally overflowing with nutrients minerals and antioxidants - making it extremely good for you. Add raw baby Spinach leaves to salads or steam for a tasty and nutritious cooked vegetable.

Sow Spinach Palco March to July outdoors in well prepared soil in a sunny spot. Sow thinly in either narrow or broad drills 13mm deep and 30cm apart. Spinach is suitable for in succession sowings throughout the year and can also be sown in September to October under glass. When growing thin seedlings to 5cm apart for 'baby leaves' and 10cm for larger plants keep well watered to avoid bolting(running to seed).Harvest May to September outdoors or November onwards under glass.
