Black Eyed Peas Sprouting Seeds are delicious when used raw in sandwiches and salads. Alternatively blanch in boiling water and black eyed peas can also be added to stir-fries stews casseroles and soups. These tasty peas are often accompanied with sprouted green peas and lentils.

Sprouted for just a couple of days for a 6mm sprout whereby at this point the starches are converted to sugars to give the sprout a sweet nutty taste
