Rainbow at Sunset

Rainbow at Sunset

It turned into a double but was fading then as well. The sunset light caught the dormitory just right. Some lucky student lives in just the right spot. :-)

Thanks. :-) Sunset is about 7. Rises around 8. We're losing the light quick. I think this will be the last I see. There is cold grey sleet going right now. Maybe white tomorrow...EEEEK!

~time to get your winter woollies out GT!
I am getting up at 6.30 and it is dark but has lightened up by 7~it's depressing to know we have to go all through the winter before it will lighten again! I hope you don't have i** yet!

It is past time Arlene. The rain froze on the steps as I cut the last flowers, and today is that oh familiar white. Just at my house though, town didn't get it, yet. Officially ended, the great 09 summer. :-)

Not quite here GT,still dry and fairly warm~ going to a show tomorrow about 2 hours drive away about 120 miles~You would love our plants for sale and floral displays and this one will have animals and food and craft /gifts so will be really good!
Have you still got anything in your greenhouse or is everything finding a home inside~did you manage to get any fleece?

Thank you Simbad. :-)

I've got things gently going to sleep in there, finishing the bulb greens and such so I can collect them. Most things are in and still trying to get situated. That will be most this weekends work. They are sprawling around downstairs adjusting to the new higher temps.

The show sounds wonderful, and I know I would love it. One day I'll be making a nice trip over to drink in the English air and visit. Wish it were sooner than later, but I really must. :-)

That would be true Pam. I think there is a definition of a stalwart being a far north traveler. :-) The plants trhive in winter, its summer when I'm always outside they suffer......lol.
