Its grown since my last post in the summer..and now blooming too.

It's also Janey called "Mexican Breadfruit" because the leaves slightly resemble the super tender tropical Artocarpus tree. The undersides of the Bocconia leaves have a bonus,they are white. Nice contrast. This photo didn't do a thing to bring that out-ha.

I'm loving this one, Stan. Beautiful big leaves! I've googled Mexican Breadfruit. Interesting name.

Its been a slower grower..steady but slow. Most of these plants are cloud forest plants in Mexico and why they can take light frosts. I've even heard that they have survived UK winters in good years.

Hi Stan, it must suit it very well there. The leaves are very much like our oak leaves.
