and if you let them go to far they will be rock hard when there cooked so better under grown than over ripend

For best results, pick, cook and eat on the same day. Longer than that and the plant sugars turn to starch.
A friend gave me a couple of cobs picked that day and I was stunned at the difference in taste.

ive always wonderd why corn on the cob tastes so much MUCH better than tinned sweet corn now i know its because of the splendiferous munchification differntulisationas slurpabillity i guess tongue if you know what i mean lol
