Hello, For my mum i have bought two plants, a hebe oratia beauty and a harry wheatcroft rose, i just wondered if they can be planted straight out or do they have to be kept inside until its a bit warmer? thank you.

Providing they haven't been tenderised by being grown under cover at the nursery or garden centre, you can plant them out now, provided that the ground isn't frozen or water logged, Derek.
