hello
i have a rubber plant indoors and its grown very tall! it only has about a foot or 2 before it hits the ceiling. how can i trim it back?

we have a very large one at work and I had to cut it back hard. It resprouted. so prune it doen to a manageble size and then wait for it to sprout side shoots.
becareful it will exude a white latex that can cause skin irritation. so if you get it on your skin wash it of asap. It will 'bleed' for several hours this is normal.
