Hi, is this an annual ?, if so, then I would agree with Sbg, and say Omphalodes linifolia, grows to about 12-16" high, spreads to about 6", and seeds easily, Derek.

I was thinking of the perennial one as it is in flower now.

Hi Sbg, what made me think of O linifolia were the white flowers, most of the perennials have blue[ish] flowers, but these flower in spring right through to summer, even though they're annuals, Derek.

It is a perennial. It flowers now until April/May. Will try to get a close up of the flowers.

Possibly Ompholoides but could do with a close up of the flowers. I have put a picture of mine either in a recent blog or in my photos section.
