Hi guys.
Old computer overheats so after a 3 month gap here I am again.
Indoor plant time.
I have a really really old Anthurium. Not flowered in a while but leaves have been nice & glossy. Recently plant looks like its on stilts. Are the roots lifting the plant up too high?
I did change the pot & since then the plant has misbehaved.
Time to put out to grass or give TLC?
I do have a small one that's 3 yrs old just 6 inches high & it flowers none stop. It gets a bit more sun as the older one is more in the middle of the room.

Hello,
Can't answer your plant questions, but in my experience the thing most likely to make a computer overheat is dust in the air vents. Open the thing up and gently hoover the insides, paying attention to the fan and vents. Saved an old laptop of mine that way!

welcome back. sometimes if the compost is too compacted the roots cant penetrate the compost so the growth pushes the crown up. can you add a photo.
I always think its worth giving tlc for about a month or 2. then if no better then perhaps compost it.
