Should I pot my sprout up now ?

Hello Dr. Bob ....
I have been growing a Sprout as an experiment , this photo was taken a few days ago , the roots have grown some more since then , would you pot it on now , can you give me any idea as to what the outcome might be , what can I expect to happen ?

Amy, you are going backwards, sprouts will come on new plants sown in April, planted out in July, sprouts form by October.
I have seen this tried before, you can try and grow yours on, it MIGHT produce a flower from which you may get some seeds. I have to say I am very doubtful it will succeed, but good luck and let us know how it goes.

I did this years ago with my class of 8 year olds. If I remember correctly all of the sprouts eventually withered and died. In theory as said they should produce a set of yellow flowers.

Amy, you might be more lucky with a more immature sprout, this one looks to be too fully developed.

Spritz it was a sprout that had been left in my veg . basket it looked as though it wanted to grow ,, I thought I would see what would happen , I like to experiment ,it was exciting to see it grow ...........
