is it a good time of year to plant campanula elizabeth,
would it be better towait until the spring? We live in

I would wait until spring personally as we have had frsts nw so the ground is too cold.
it is a lovely plant.

But if it is in a pot you would have to protect it - or even sink the pot into the ground.
