hi there Goy , I never know what to say in a blog, not that I am quiet because I am really a chatty person, don’t really know much about plants and their names but I do know how to keep the garden tidy, most of my plants are the same ones that come up every year ,but I am going to try and change some of them..I have this campanula bellflower which was always white but this year as you can see it has also got lots of blue bells on it as well ,can you tell me why that has happened,

I think this tall one is called Campanula persicifolia it has both blue and white flowering varieties, that is if it is two separate plants.I have them in my garden they are lovely .

there has probably been a small blue plant in among the white one and is now flowering size. or they have produced seed and the blue colour gene has at alst been expressed.

Just write what you want to say khayla. I'm a very quiet person and never say much, but I've written quite a few blogs lol
I think there must have been a small blue plant there all the time but only now it's flowering.

Thank you Hywel,I will try and do another one soon. Thank you all for your comments. I used to cut them down after the first flowering and last year I realised you deadhead them and another flower comes out at the back of it ,maybe I have been cutting them down too soon before the blue one came out.
