I want to divide my rhubarb, if I dig it up and divide it now is it OK to replant the roots straight away or should I wait until Spring. If I have to wait until Spring how should I store the roots?

Better to wait until February or March that is when we'll lift ours and divide and reposition.

If you have to dig them up now (house move or something) then why not pot them up. That way you can replant them when convenient to you. They won't object too much as they are going dormant now.

Rhubarb can be divided and re-planted any time between now and February.....
