I have a small garden which is packed full of mainly herbaceous plants. I have a greenhouse which is always full...I had a small streptocarpus collection and grow plants from seed. I trial plants for one of the big growers and its often a struggle to find space for their plants and mine, particularly in the spring when I have dahlia cuttings in the hot box!!
I live on the coast of beautiful Northumberland and am a gardening volunteer at the amazing Alnwick Garden and have been for 8 years. I am a regular contributor for one of the gardening newspapers, writing a monthly piece on my garden and... I have an allotment, and polytunnel which I am enjoying very much.
I am involved with another charity. The RNLI having recently taken over as Secretary of our local Ladies Luncheon Club.......you can see I am a busy girl!!
