A new bergenia - 'Autumn Magic' March 2012

Lovely, looks so pretty:-)

I like this,Wildrose..mine doesn't flower till much later,,don't know the variety,but it has red leaves and deep pink flowers..and sadly,the one plant that gets neglected ..I really should have split it,,wonder if its too late ?

I did check and it is 'Autumn Magic' on the label so maybe it was 'forced' to flower early in the nursery.

I love Berginia, I have them in my front garden and they have grown into a huge plant. Dont know the name of them, they have been in bloom for over a month now and they get quite negleted. There`s a photo on my latest blog.

This looks lovely and healthy. Loads of people grow Bergenia here as their only "gesture" towards any sort of gardening, and you see terribly neglected, sprawling, scruffy untidy clumps of it round blocks of flats, and it's obviously "everyone else's" responsibility to care for it. Such a shame when it can look as good as this.
