Today was great i managed to do plenty of shopping and spend time in my Greenhouse as a bonus. photo,s below are first my lettuce,s, then my pansys, then my dicentra cuttings. Many more seed,s are coming up in my trays and its time i got some more soil. One of my biggest mistakes last year was to over water my plants and as usual i thank Goy members for their advice on this subject. I am sorry i could,nt show my venus fly trap seedling but due to condensation on the plastic cover it was,nt a clear photo shot. Take care enjoy. Good health and good gardening all.

Oh for dears sake Lincslass! Lol! :0) I did the very same thing last year, I watered mine with liver salts! (the ones beginning with an A!) Mind you I blamed the compost, I couldn't stop it being claggy no matter how much vermiculite or grit I put in it, but the compost I got this year is lovely mixed 4:1 with vermiculite.
I love working in the greenhouse, but the hours can run away with you! I can see you got on well with the pansies... no bed for you yet I see!

Your seedlings look really healthy and strong, Tony - you will have some lovely plants from them I'm sure. Good Luck with them all.

I remember when I first had my greenhouse overwatering was my failing as well, can`t believe how many seedlings I drowned and many a tomato plant I turned yellow, then had to turn them green again with a drink of epsoms salt,lol.....
