What a wonderful day! Storm has cooled it off and watered my
plants. It will be a good time to go pick blackberries again if there are any left. Been really hot and muggy here.

Yes I did Irish, it cooled off 20 degrees and was very nice
even tho I'm covered with scratches. Next year I plan to
have everything pruned up nice and tidy. Maybe I will tomorrow after work if its not to muggy. I even left a few for the turtles and birds. There will be more in the next day or two.

The box turtles are common around here. When they cross the road people do their best not to run over them.
They close up their entire body when you handle them.
We have other kinds also, but the box turtles are the
favorite, at least to me. And yes they like the berries
